Testnet beta terms and risk notice

Version testnet-beta-v1

1. Testnet only, play money. The beta runs on Hyperliquid's test network. Test USDC has no value and cannot be withdrawn as real money.
2. Your wallet, your funds. Your funds stay in your own wallet. You approve a trading key that can place and manage trades only; it can never withdraw or transfer your funds. You can revoke it at any time.
3. No promises. Past or backtested results don't predict future results. Strategies can and do lose money; testnet results can also differ from the real market. Nothing here is financial advice.
4. Experimental software. The service may pause, change or stop at any time, including through its kill switch, and may contain errors.
5. Your choices. You choose the strategy, risk mode and trading cap, and you can pause or leave whenever you like.
6. Data we keep. Your wallet address, your settings, your trades on the test network, and (if you link it) your Telegram ID. Nothing else.
7. Fees. No fees are charged during the testnet beta; any test fee credit shown is play money.
8. Invite-only. Access needs an invite code and can be withdrawn.
